I love Tigi Bed Head makeup, unfortunately the only time I ever saw it was when I lived in Maryland at Sally's Beauty Supply, but you could try other beauty supply stores like Trade Secret.

get an angled cut with side bangs. flat iron it. use a straightening serum (there's a good one from garnier fructis) and protecting spray (i like the one from sunsilk) so you don't burn your hair.
